PetID is a free app for your pet profile, vaccine records and QR ID. It also offers 3 products: a QR collar tag, an ID card and the PetCare cost support plan at partner clinics.

The QR collar tag is a waterproof tag worn on the collar so a finder can reach you. The ID card is a hard card printed with your pet photo, name and PetID number, with a QR code and an NFC chip (tap a phone to open the profile), to carry to the vet or boarding. Want both? The collar tag + ID card combo costs less than buying them separately. PetCare (from 99,000đ/month) is a pet care cost support plan with support for vet costs right at partner clinics; full benefits will be announced at launch.

Every PetID QR collar tag and ID card comes printed with a unique QR tied to your pet's profile. Anyone who scans it opens the public page you chose to display.

The QR page only shows minimum details such as name, photo, breed/species, and status (Safe / Lost). Your contact details appear only if you make them public or when a lost alert is on.

Yes. If the tag or card is lost or damaged, reorder it in the app. For safety you can issue a new code; the old one will no longer open.

Sign in and create a lost report. The QR page turns on a red alert so a scanner can reach you as fast as possible.

Yes. You can note vaccination history or track upcoming shots in your pet’s health section.

Yes. Profiles, vaccine records, vet history and lost alerts in the app are free long term. Your pet's QR comes with the QR collar tag or ID card.

No. You can still use the free app for profiles and health records. When you want finders to scan and reach you, pick the QR collar tag, the ID card, or a combo of both at a better price.

No. The QR does not track location by itself. When scanning, a finder can choose to send you where they found your pet.

PetCare is PetID's pet care cost support plan. When your pet is treated at a partner vet clinic, the plan supports the cost directly at the clinic, with no invoices to send or refunds to wait for. PetID is still finalizing the policy; benefits, support levels and detailed conditions will be announced when the plan launches.

For now PetID takes bank transfers for the QR collar tag, ID card and PetCare plan; the team confirms and then processes the order. Partner shop items are paid on delivery (COD). E-wallets and online payment gateways are not supported yet.

A pet ID tag helps a finder identify your pet and reach you. PetID offers a QR collar tag (119.000đ), an ID card with QR and NFC chip (199.000đ) and a combo of both (299.000đ, saving 19.000đ).

Turn on lost mode in the PetID app with one tap: your pet's QR page switches to a red alert so anyone who scans can reach you fast. Then post on the PetID lost pets board and search the area where your pet went missing.

No. The finder just scans the code on the PetID QR collar tag or ID card with a phone camera to see the profile and contact you.

PetCare has three plans: Basic 99.000đ, Plus 199.000đ and Premium 399.000đ per month. Detailed benefits, support levels and conditions will be announced at launch.
