Download the free PetID app
The app is in its final stretch. Sign up to be among the first to create a profile and get a launch offer on the QR collar tag and ID card.
What the PetID app is for
The free app keeps a pet profile, vaccine notes, reminders and a lost-pet alert. A QR collar tag and ID card link to that profile. Leave your email in the form above and we will write when download opens.
While you wait, read the care guides and the QR collar tag page. Someone who finds your pet does not need the app: scanning the code on the tag or card opens the contact page.
What’s in the app?
- A digital profile for every pet, viewable on any phone
- Order a QR collar tag or ID card in the app
- Vaccine reminders and visit history
- One-tap lost alerts with community help
